Trees Down 2 Straight Days In Tolland
Thursday's thunderstorm marked two days in a row trees came down in Tolland.

TOLLAND, CT — Thursday's quick hit thunderstorm storm had a longer impact in Tolland. It was the second day in a row that trees had come down in town and took wires with them.
At 5 p.m., Tolland fire officials reported they were responding to two calls for trees and wires down — one in the area of 66 Grandview St. and a second at 236 Weigold Road.
Sections of both roads were closed as utility crews went to the scene.
