STAFFORD, CT — Paul Grazulis, 37, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after accusations of playing excessive loud music and animal noises over loud speakers and shining headlights into neighbors' windows.
TOLLAND, CT — Gregory Warren, 35, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance at a local home.

ELLINGTON, CT — Madison Lundberg, 23, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following a crash on Meadowbrook Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Steven Carver, 36, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on a warrant.
TOLLAND, CT — Brian Mahar, 19, of Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny after a stolen vehicle was recovered on Shenipsit Lake Road.
MANSFIELD, CT — Carlos Gaudreau-Mitchell, 19, of Hartford, was charged with violating a protective order on a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Bryan Rioux, 35, of Tolland, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny after the five-corners Cumberland Farms reported several cans of Red Bull were stolen.

TOLLAND, CT — Shakur Mackey, 22, of Hartford, was charged with failure to carry a driver's license, driving while under suspension, speeding (greater than 70 mph), criminal impersonation and interfering on a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Michael Boucher, 22, of Vernon, was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace after an incident on a local trail.
