What to Do in Tolland This Weekend: Feb. 16 - 18

Here's a look at things going on in and around Tolland this weekend:

1. Preschool Registration. The New Life Christian Preschool at the First Baptist Church of Tolland is accepting applications throughout the weekend for 3 and 4 year old for the 2013-14 school year. For more information visit http://­www.­nlcpto­lland.­org.

2. Hot Yoga. What an invigorating way to wake up and start a new week. Hot Yoga offered at is suitable for all levels and available each Sunday from 9 - 10:15 a.m. For more information visit http://­www.­breathe­morellc.­com.

3. Catch a Tolland High School game. The THS Boys Basketball at home against EO Smith at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 18.

4. Monday night there is a book discussion at the Hicks Memorial Municipal Building at 6:30 p.m. Described as a "casual book discussion led by a librarian," it is in Conference Room A.

5. OK, so this isn't technically happening on the weekend, but it might take a couple of days to plan. The Tolland Family Resource Center posted an announcement on the site for All-Star Bowling at Sparetime in Vernon. Bowling starts at 5 p.m. every Tuesday. Just something to consider...
