What to do in Tolland This Weekend: May 3 - 5

1. There is a multi-family garage sale scheduled for Saturday, May 4, on Woodhenge Drive. Don't miss out! It starts at 8 a.m.

2. The Farmers' Market on the Tolland Green is back! The market will open for another season on Saturday, May 4, at 9 a.m. and will be set up until noon. For more details about the market, please read this post on the Town of Tolland website.

3. Need to wash your car and get rid of all those returnables cluttering up your garage? Throw the bags in the trunk and head on down to Relay for Life Tolland County Car Wash and Bottle Drive on Saturday, May 4, at 10 a.m. in the Stafford Town Hall parking lot.

4. Celebrate Mug Day 2013 and find our soul mug! At least that's what reader Susan Gerr encourages you to do on Saturday, May 4, at Birch Mountain Pottery. While you're there, enjoy the music and free refreshments between 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and pick up a mug for mom for Mother's Day.

5. The Arts of Tolland is hosting a photography exhibit this month, with the opening reception to be held on Sunday, May 5, from noon until 3 p.m. Gallery hours for the exhibit will continue for the month of May on Sundays 12 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesdays 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
