Man Accused of Sexual Assault at Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services Facility: Westport Police
The attack is alleged to have occurred in May of this year, according to police.

WESTPORT, CT — A 22-year-old Bridgeport man was arrested on a warrant Aug. 3 in connection with a sexual assault from May of this year at the Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services facility on Long Lots Road in Westport, according to police.
Mark Dipietro turned himself in and was charged with first-degree and fourth-degree Sexual Assault, and was released after posting a $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Aug. 15.

Details of the incident were not disclosed, nor whether Dipietro was a patient or staff member of the facility, which is a division of St. Vincent's Health Services in Bridgeport. Police said the victim was female and over the age of 18.
"Due to the nature of the case, and protections afforded to patients at the hospital, I cannot release any further information," Westport Police Lt. David Farrell wrote in an email to Patch.
