Pedestrian Hit On I-95 While Helping Crash Victims: PD

The pedestrian sustained injuries while trying to help victims of a crash.

CONNECTICUT — A pedestrian sustained minor injuries after he was struck on I-95 while helping victims of a crash, according to state police.

A driver tried to avoid a crash in the center lane after midnight Saturday near exit 17 and veered into the right lane, according to the Connecticut Post. The motorist struck the pedestrian and the pedestrian was transported to the hospital for injuries.
