Joseph Maker, 47, of Darien, was charged with DUI, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to have lights illuminated on Nov. 30 at approximately 2:34 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically and without his lights on in Westport.
Maker was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Dec. 9.Â
