Police: Westport Man Violating Restraining Order Had Narcotics
Officers stopped 33-year-old man after he was spotted near a home he was restricted from being in.

Todd Seligson, 33, of Westport, was charged with violation of a restraining order, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 17 at approximately 11:46 p.m.Â
According to police, Seligson was inside a residence he was restricted from being in and officers stopped his vehicle a short distance from the home after he left. Narcotics and drug paraphernalia were observed in plain view next to the driver’s seat of the vehicle, according to police.
Seligson was held on $10,000 bond and was schedule to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Oct. 18.Â
