Westport Little League Advances in New England Tourney Play

The Westport Little League earned a second game in the New England Regional Tournament when the team beat South Burlington, Vt. 9-2 on Friday.

Thanks to a stellar relief pitching effort -- and a bases-clearing triple -- from Harry Azadian, Westport rocketed past South Burlington and will play Saco, Maine at 8 p.m. Sunday at Breen Field in Bristol.

The Connecticut State Champions will look to continue their perfect summer Sunday.
