Westport Man Charged With Possession of Cocaine

Cody Ropiak, 22, of Westport, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 1 at 11:15 a.m. 

According to police, Ropiak was arrested on a warrant stemming from an incident in July when he was found unresponsive and in possession of a white powder that was later tested and found to be cocaine.

Ropiak was held in lieu of bond and was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Oct. 1.
