John Raho, 51, of Westport was charged with threatening and disorderly conduct on Dec. 8 at approximately 12 a.m. after police responded to a disturbance at his residence.
Raho was held on $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court Dec. 9. Â
