Westport Police: Evading Responsibility, Operating Under Suspension

Marcelino Cacho-Martinez, 64, of Bronx, NY, was charged with operating without a license, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to carry registration or insurance on Nov. 9.

Samantha Cyr, 23, of Stamford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to have insurance on Nov. 11.
