An Apollo Beach man turned $20 into $5 million after luck was on his side in the 200X The Cash Scratch-Off game.
APOLLO BEACH, FL — It was a happy Monday for a 42-year-old Apollo Beach man who won $5 million in the Florida Lottery's 200X The Cash Scratch-Off game.
The Florida Lottery announced on Monday that Casey Clifford claimed a $5 million prize from 200X The Cash Scratch-Off game using a secured drop box located at the Tampa District Office. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $4,450,000.00.
Clifford purchased his winning ticket from Apollo Beach Food Mart, 6020 U.S. Highway 41 North in Apollo Beach.

The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
The $20 game, 200X THE CASH, launched in September and features more than $446 million in cash prizes, including ten top prizes of $10,000,000! The game's overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.96.
