Arby's Closed, New Restaurant Coming

The building that housed Arby's on Providence Road is undergoing remodeling for another restaurant coming soon. It's good news for diners craving Caribbean fare — and chicken.

New business for the Arby's shut own on Providence Road is taking root with the remodeling construction for the upcoming Pollo Tropical eatery.

Pollo Tropical is "coming soon," according to signs on the property, which is
in front of Barnacles and adjacent to Walgreens, near the Brandon Crossroads shopping center and the west entrance to the Westfield Brandon shopping mall entrance.
