BRANDON, FL — A ribbon cutting ceremony for Brandon's ECHO Thrift Store will be held on Thursday by the Brandon Chamber of Commerce.

ECHO gives assistance to Hillsborough County residents in crisis with emergency food, clothing and access to programs such as employment services and GED testing. As of Feb. 22, 2021, the center has distributed 181,954 pounds of food and helped 15,521 locals.

ECHO Thrift Store has discounted clothing and home goods.

The ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 424 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon.
