I-75 Entrance Ramp Closures At Selmon Expressway In Brandon

Final roadwork on the U.S. 301 frontage ramp causes exit closures for Brandon residents. Find out the detours and closure schedule here.

BRANDON, FL — Brandon area drivers can expect closures on the Interstate-75 entrance ramp to the Selmon Expressway starting Tuesday night, the Florida Department of Transportation said.

I-75 southbound drivers will detour around the work zone using exit 257, continue west on Adamo Drive, and drive south on U.S. Highway 301 to the Selmon Expressway entrance ramp.

Both southbound I-75 entrance ramps from eastbound and westbound Adamo will be closed starting Tuesday night, authorities said. Eastbound and westbound drivers will detour around the work zone using I-75 northbound, take the Dr. MLK, exit to I-75 southbound.

The full schedule for the above mentioned closures is Tuesday, Thursday and Monday from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

These closures are for final work on the new U.S. Highway 301 frontage ramp.
