BRANDON, FL —A new traffic pattern starts today in Brandon on northbound Interstate 75 at State Road 60, Florida Department of Transportation reported in a news release. Road crews shifted northbound lanes from just north of State Road 60 to about a mile north of Woodberry Road. Officials ask motorists to be alert to reduced lane widths, and to pay attention to the reduced speed limit of 60 mph.

Drivers that enter from westbound State Road 60 merge sooner into through-traffic with the new pattern adjustment. This traffic pattern along Interstate 75 will last until the end of 2020 when they will shift the lanes back to the previous arrangement.
