In-Person Hillsborough County Graduation Commencement Schedule

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL — In-person graduations for more than 14,000 graduating Hillsborough seniors will kick off Tuesday at the Florida State Fairgrounds Expo Hall.

In 2020, graduating seniors had virtual ceremonies due to the coronavirus pandemic. At this year's graduations, May 24 to June 3, coronavirus safety guidelines are in place for students, attendees, graduates and staff.

Safety Protocols For 2021 Graduation Ceremonies, According To Hillsborough County Officials:

• 4 tickets per graduate
  
• Cleaning between each ceremony
• Hand sanitizers available throughout venue
• Masks required
• Graduates will be spaced out by 3 to 6 feet depending on the size of the school
• No processional to encourage social distancing

Graduations for traditional high schools begin Tuesday. Exceptional Student Education Centers kicked off their graduations Monday.

• Plant City High School, Wednesday, May 26, 8 p.m., FL State Fairgrounds Expo Hall
• Strawberry Crest High School, Thursday, May 27, 8 p.m., FL State Fairgrounds Expo Hall
• Riverview High School, Frida, May 28, 12:30 p.m., FL State Fairgrounds Expo Hall
• Brandon High School, Wednesday, June 2, 9 a.m., FL State Fairgrounds Expo Hall
• Bloomingdale High School, Thursday, June 3, 4 p.m., FL State Fairgrounds Expo Hall
