South Valrico Road Closed for Resurfacing Until March 8
Drivers will experience delays in the Valrico area for the next two weeks while South Valrico Road is resurfaced.
BRANDON, FL -- Drivers will experience delays in the Valrico area for the next two weeks while South Valrico Road is resurfaced.
Beginning on Thursday, Feb. 21, South Valrico Road will be closed from Lumsden Road to Brandon Boulevard for road work. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes including South Mt. Carmel Road, but be mindful of South Miller Road as a detour because Valrico Elementary School is on that route.
South Valrico Road is expected to reopen by March 8.

The closures will impact traffic. Drivers who use these roads to get to homes or businesses are urged to follow marked detours around work crews and to use caution in this area.
