Troopers Believe 2 Cars Were Involved In Crash That Killed 74-Year-Old
A 74-year-old man using a walker was struck and killed by hit-and-run drivers on U.S. 92 in Seffner.

SEFFNER, FL ? The Florida Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a 74-year-old man attempting to cross U.S. 92 in Seffner Jan. 4.
According to the highway patrol, at 7:55 p.m., the 74-year-old man using a walker was attempting to cross U.S. 92 west of Williams Road when he was struck and killed.
Troopers said evidence indicates there may have been two vehicles involved in the crash: a silver and a blue sedan. Troopers recovered pieces of a side mirror at the scene that indicate the silver car was a "Sport" package with alternate colored mirrors.

They believe the walker used by the man may have been dragged or impaled on one of the cars as it drove away because it wasn't recovered at the scene.
