BRANDON, FL — The Easter Bunny is bringing colorful eggs and fun to Brandon for Easter 2021. Even though we are still in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, several churches and community organizations have planned live events for kids.

Below is a list of Easter happenings in the Brandon area:

  • Egg Hunt, St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 3315 S Bryan Rd, Brandon. Sat., March 27, two eggs hunts scheduled at 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
  • Paint Your Own Bunnies and Easter Egg Cookies, The Sweet Tooth Cakery, 602 Oakfield Drive, Brandon. Sat., Mach 27, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Easter Bunny Parade, Centerpoint Church, 1720 S St. Cloud Ave, Valrico. A parade of decorated cars will drive through Valrico, Bloomingdale and Fishhawk. Sat., March 27, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Cookie Decorating Easter Minis, The Sweet Tooth Cakery, 602 Oakfield Drive, Brandon. Fri., April 2, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Egg Hunt, Dancing for Donations, 1076 E Brandon Blvd, STE 101, Brandon. *This is not a drop-off event, parents should stay to assist. RSVP here. Sat., April 3, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m
  • Easter Eggstravaganza, 1310 S Kingsway Rd, Seffner. Egg hunts, crafts, games, food and a petting zoo. Sat., April 3, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
