The City of Jacksonville Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) will distribute nearly $29 million of federal funds to assist Duval County residents who have been unable to pay their rent or utilities due to a loss of income related to COVID-19. The deadline to apply is 6 p.m. Residents can apply online or in-person. The online application is available by visiting www.coj.net/erap.
