This Week’s Topic: The Tommy Bahama Key Lime Martini and Grapefruit Basil Martini. The Martini is a classic and get an island twist in the hands of Tommy Bahama. First up, the Key Lime Martini – a take on the beloved Tommy Bahama Key Lime Pie, a signature dessert from the Tommy Bahama Bar and Restaurants. For those who like to drink their dessert, the Key Lime Martini is both sweet and tart as it blends Stoli Vanil with Keke Key Lime liqueur and fresh lime juice. Garnished with a graham cracker rim – it tastes just like the pie. The Grapefruit Basil Martini is crisp, bright and refreshing. Best of all, it requires only a few key ingredients that are easily accessible and can have you shaking them all up like a master mixologist in no time. Tommy Bahama Key Lime Martini
2 parts Stoli Vanil
2 parts Keke Key Lime Cream Liqueur
.5 part fresh lime juice
Build in a shaker, add ice, shake well until chilled, strain into Martini glass. Garnish with Graham Cracker Rim and lime wheel.
Tommy Bahama Grapefruit Basil Martini
2.25 parts Grey Goose Vodka
1.50 parts fresh grapefruit juice
0.75 part simple syrup
2 fresh basil leaves
Muddle simple syrup and 1 basil leaf gently in shaker to avoid breaking
Add Grey Goose, fresh grapefruit juice and ice to shaker. Shake 2 times and strain into martini glass. Garnish with 1 basil leaf.
