Jacksonville, FL – ATG + Pelocity has released version 2.0 of their job placement and career guidance technology platform, Pelocity. Pelocity’s user base is transitioning military and their spouses, junior high, high school, college students, and the displaced workforce.

After over a year of piloting version 1.0 of the Pelocity Career Guidance platform, ATG + Pelocity will add “Pelocity Pro” for seasoned professionals. Pelocity Pro allows new users to immediately choose their known career path and start matching with posted job opportunities.

Version 2.0 of Pelocity includes the following updates:

• Users can choose between two pathways:

1. Pelocity Pro: Seasoned professionals immediately start selecting career matches to begin their job search.
2. Career Guidance: Aspiring professionals take a questionnaire that utilizes our matching algorithms to guide them to a satisfying career.

• The Career Guidance pathway is more efficient and effective after analyzing over 200,000 data sets, improving matching.
