New Amenities Now Open At Nocatee Water Parks

PONTE VEDRA, Fla. — New amenity additions to the Nocatee Splash and Spray Water Parks are officially open, just in time for the summer heat.

The community's Spray Park is now home to a beach-entry swimming pool and exciting new slides unlike any other in the Nocatee water parks, including a dueling head-first mat slide and a two-person tube slide.

The head-first mat slide, Twin Falls, offers riders side-by-side racing thrills through two twisting lanes with intense G-forces. The two-person tube slide also pushes the limits of gravity and allows residents to ride with a friend or family member. The height requirement for both slides is 42 inches.

Serenity Bay, a new family swimming pool, was also added at the entrance of the Spray Water Park and features shallow-water seating and a beach entry. This dedicated pool area is secured to keep small children from wandering in or out.

In addition, the adult enclave area at the Nocatee Splash Water Park is now open for residents ages 21 and up. The new space includes an expanded Sundeck restaurant and bar, as well as separate restrooms and direct access to the bar and concessions.

"This exclusive adult oasis allows residents to escape to a quiet area with friends or a good book," said Mo Rudolph, Director of Planning and Development for The PARC Group, the Master Developer of Nocatee. "The serenity pool also features a beach entry, sun shelf and ample seating to soak in a slice of paradise."

This latest “Enhancing the Lifestyle” expansion also includes maintaining and refurbishing other existing amenities and landscaping throughout the community. The Splash Water Park and Spray Water Park are exclusively reserved for residents who call Nocatee home.
