3 Free Computer Classes At The Library

Learn the ins and outs of Twitter, plus how to create spreadsheets at the library this month.

If you need to brush up on your technology skills, the Lutz library is offering several opportunities to do just that in May.

Through May, the public can take advantage of free computer and technology workshops with the library's "Summer Tech" series. The classes, held on Mondays, are led by trained instructors and provide one on one help to participaints.

The following clasess are being offered:

- Intro to Excel: Become familiar with layout, enterint data, rows, columns and other spreadsheet techniques. Monday, May 6 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

- Twitter 101: Learn how to follow and get followed by Twitter users, along with status update instruction. Monday, May 13 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

- Intro to eBooks and eReaders: Learn how to download the library's free eBooks and how to load eBooks onto various types of eReaders. Monday, May 20 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
