The newest addition, Bloodwater Bayou, delves into the legend of a priestess who walks the backwaters with a bone headdress, a necklace made of fingers and a trail of bloody footsteps.

Obsessed with the notion that the waters of the bayou must be purified, she hypnotizes the innocent with Hoodoo magic and transports them to an alternate plane of existence where the shadows are crawling with demons and monsters.

The only means of escape is the powerful Papa Legba, the Speaker of the Dead, who determines the fate of all who enter Bloodwater Bayou.

Other haunted venues challenge visitors to escape Ravenhill Asylum where deranged and demented patients roam after being subjected to Dr. Monroe's evil experiments; Blackpool Prison where the inmates, the worst of the worst, have taken over; 3D Rage where abnormal clowns and other creatures reside in a nightmare world in which walls reach out and threaten to trap visitors; and the village of Avalon where witchcraft reigns.

At the Monster Midway, visitors can sit around a fire pit, sipping beer and wine from Bonzo's Beer Garden, enjoy foods, shop at the Scream-A-Geddon gift shop, pose for photo ops and play some midway games.

Face coverings are not required but are recommended and hand sanitizers are available throughout the park. All staff are fully vaccinated. Costumes and face paint are prohibited.

Scream-A-Geddon is recommended for adults and teens, but younger children may attend if their parents choose to bring them.
