Are You A Budding Bolt? Lightning To Host Summer Camps
The Tampa Bay Lightning will host Lightning Made Summer Camps for all skill levels at various locations throughout Tampa Bay.
WESLEY CHAPEL, FL -- The Tampa Bay Lightning will host Lightning Made Summer Camps for all skill levels at various locations throughout the Tampa Bay Area beginning in June.
The Lightning Made Summer Camp general session is a five-day camp taught by Lightning alumni and staff with all skill levels being welcome. The camps will run from June 25-29 at Florida Hospital Center Ice in Wesley Chapel and July 23-27 at the Brandon Ice Sports Forum. The camps feature two age groups.
Lightning Made Summer Camps will also feature a pair of entry-level camps aimed at novice players. Those will run for three days and focus on players between 5-9 years of age that have been playing for two years or less. They will run June 20-22 at Xtra Ice in Tampa and August 1-3 at Ellenton Ice & Sports Complex.

Included with both the general and entry-level camps are two on-ice sessions and one off-ice session per day, a daily lunch, Lightning Made Summer Camp jersey, Lightning T-shirt, Lightning Made lunch pail, Lightning sunglasses and a Lightning Made hat.
Lightning Made will also be hosting a 2018 Girls Summer Camp from June 13-15 at Florida Hospital Center Ice. The camp is open to girls of all skill levels between 7-15 years old and will run three days. The camp will be taught by Lightning alumni and staff. Registration includes two on-ice sessions, one off-ice session and one class-room session per day. It also includes a daily lunch, Lightning Made Summer Camp jersey, Lightning T-shirt, Lightning Made lunch pail, Lightning sunglasses and a Lightning Made hat.
