WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Bonefish Grill is debuting a fresh look in a new Wesley Chapel location. The restaurant is relocating from The Shoppes of New Tampa to a new space located at 25264 Sierra Center Blvd in Cypress Creek Town Center on Thursday, Dec. 10.

The 5,382-square-foot space features a polished and contemporary design offering a clean and inviting space with an open ceiling concept and tall storefront windows creating warm and natural light. The new bar-centric plan brings high energy to sip on hand-crafted cocktails and a distinct list of wines by the glass and bottle, along with stainless steel décor and fish rubbings by Burt Lancaster to pay homage to original roots of Bonefish Grill.

To celebrate the opening, Bonefish Grill will donate 50 percent of gross sales made on Monday, Dec 14, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. to the New Tampa Family YMCA, with a maximum donation of $5,000. Proceeds will benefit the organization’s mission to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

“Our team is excited to welcome our guests into our new dining room where we will continue our exceptional service of seasonal dishes, hand-crafted cocktails and more,” said Joshua McMinn, Wesley Chapel managing partner. “Our hospitality goes far beyond our restaurant’s front doors, deep into the neighborhoods we serve, and we’re thrilled to partner with the New Tampa Family YMCA to help make a difference.”

Bonefish Grill’s current seasonal menu offers dishes for the holidays like the Risotto Del Mar and Dynamite Salmon featuring wood-grilled Atlantic Salmon with a creamy spinach, mushroom and lump crab topping. Pair it with the Winter White Cosmo which combines vodka, Cointreau, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, white cranberry juice and fresh lime juice.
