TAMPA BAY, FL – Who doesn’t love spicy ground beef, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce packed into a cornmeal shell?

As if you need an excuse to eat a taco, Thursday, Oct. 4 is National Taco Day and Offers.com has rounded up the best National Taco Day deals.

The website surveyed 1,000 Americans about their taco preferences. Fifty-four percent believe beef is the superior filling.

Whatever your filling preferences, here’s where you can get taco deals tomorrow.

· Baja Fresh: Get a free taco when you join Club Baja.

· Tijuana Flats: Score two tacos, chips and a drink for $5.99.

· Chronic Tacos: Chronic Tacos is adding an element of surprise to its National Taco Day freebie. On Oct. 4, stop by a participating location from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to snag your free taco. The only catch? You’ll have to mention a secret code word, which the taqueria is keeping tight-lipped until they announce it on social media Oct. 3. So follow Chronic Tacos on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

· Chuy's: Add a crispy beef taco to any order for $1 Thursday and get $1 off Modelo beers. If you visit the restaurant dressed up as a taco and post a picture on social media with #NationalTacoDay, you'll get a free meal.

· Fuzzy's Taco Shop: Fuzzy's is offering $1 tacos all day.

· Moe’s: Loyalty program members can get a buy-two-get-one-free deal on tacos on Oct. 4. Download the app to participate.

· Rubio’s Coastal Grill: Get one free Original Fish Taco with any beverage purchase on Oct. 4. Click here for your coupon.

· Taco Bell: The $5 National Taco Day gift set is back for Oct. 4.

· Islands Cantina: Islands Cantina will take 24 percent off all tacos.

· Tijuana Flats: Two deals are being offered here. For $5.99, customers can get two tacos, chips and a drink. For those who do not like tacos (we’re sure there’s not many of them) a burrito or a bowl, along with chips and a drink can be purchased for $5.99. Locations can be found on the restaurant's website.

·Prost Kitchen + Bar: Prost will have $1 tacos and $3 margaritas all day.

·Empamama's: Get two tacos served with chips and salsa for $7.
