FREE Annual Physical, Pap Smear & Labs for Uninsured Women Over 18
Uninsured women over 18 eligible for free Ob Gyn medical services.
Guiding Star Tampa, a Ob Gyn medical health care clinic at 18560 North Dale Mabry Highway in Lutz, offers free medical health care to eligible women. Free annual physical, pap and labs for all uninsured women over 18 who have not had a Pap in the last year. To be eligible, you must have a state issued ID.
Women who are members of any Medishare programs like: Samaritan Ministries, Solidarity Healthshare, Liberty HealthShare, Christian Care Ministries and Altrua HealthShare are also eligible.
Guiding Star Tampa is located on Dale Mabry Highway one mile north of Van Dyke Road in the Chateau Professional Park. The entrance is immediately south of Cheval. To make an appointment, call (813) 948-7734.
