Griswold Home Care Collecting "Shoes for Schools"
Donations Being Accepted at Tampa, Lutz Offices Through July, Part of the Agency's "Ten Years of Service, Ten Acts of Caring" Program
Through July, Griswold Home Care of Tampa and Pasco County is collecting donations of shoes and sneakers for children from pre-school age through high school. The drive, to benefit Shoes 4 Schools, is part of Griswold Home Care’s “Ten Years of Service, Ten Acts of Caring” initiative to mark its 10th anniversary helping area seniors remain in their homes as they age.
New or lightly worn shoes and sneakers can be dropped off at either of Griswold’s offices through July 31: 1843 Collier Parkway in Lutz, and 4917 Ehrlich Road, Suite 102, in Tampa.
“Shoes 4 Schools is the fourth nonprofit organization Griswold is assisting this year, and there are six more to come,” said Arthur Moseley, director of Griswold Home Care of Tampa and Pasco County. “We hope to touch as many people as possible in as many ways as possible from all of the areas we serve.”
