WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Just in time for your Super Bowl LV game-day snacks, King of the Coop has opened a second location in Wesley Chapel.
Located at The Grove at Wesley Chapel, 27835 Wesley Chapel Blvd., Unit 102, between Brooklyn Water Bagel and Eyeglass World, the Nashville hot chicken joint was launched in April 2019 by Joe Dodd in Seminole Heights, 6607 N. Florida Ave., Tampa.
The eatery not only weathered the coronavirus shut-downs, it attracted scores of new customers with its tempting take-out menu, prompting Dodd's expansion to the Wesley Chapel shopping Center, which is in the process of being renovated into an entertainment venue.
