Lutz 4th Of July Parade, Fireworks: 2019 Guide

LUTZ, FL — Lutz will celebrate Independence Day in red, white and blue style with its annual Fourth of July parade on Thursday, July 4 starting at 10 a.m.
With a 50/50 chance of rain and the unpredictability of weather in Florida in July, to be on the safe side, you'd better bring an umbrella if you're heading out to celebrate. Patch will provide update on any severe thunderstorms and event cancellations.
The parade will feature marching bands, floats, veterans groups, dance troupes, krewes and fire trucks.

The parade is staged on Crooked Lane and winds down Lutz-Lake Fern Road toward U.S. 41 before turning near the old Methodist church and proceeding in front of the Lutz Senior Center and the Lutz Public Library.
Sponsored by the Greater Federation of Woman's Clubs Lutz-Land O' Lakes Woman's Club and Hillsborough County, this year's theme is "I Love Lutz."

A community celebration will follow with music, food, vendors, a cake and pie auction at the Lutz Train Depot on the corner of U.S. 41 and Lutz-Lake Fern Road.
Avalon Park West Celebration
Avalon Park West in downtown Wesley Chapel, 5227 Autumn Ridge Drive, will have its own celebration starting at 5 p.m. on July 4, featuring a bounce park, a bike parade, a bake-off, community performances, vendors, food trucks and fireworks beginning at 9 p.m.
Fireworks On The Farm
Barrington Hill Farm outdoor events venue in Dade City will celebrate Independence Day with El Cuatrofest on Thursday, July 4 from 5 to 11 p.m.
Residents are invited to the farm at 16117 Lake Iola Road for an evening of old-fashioned festive fun.
This year’s event will feature music, watermelon-eating contests, artisan vendors, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, cash bar, corn hole contest, lawn games, stage games, giveaways, top disc jockeys, dancing and a fireworks show.
