Lutz Business Wins Industry Award

The trade publication Venues Today "selected Ovations Food Services’ concept, 'The Kitchen,' for a Silver Spoon Award in the category of 'Best New Concept in Food and Drink,'" according to an Ovations news release.

Ovations Food Service provides catering and concession services to more than 120 public assembly facilities in North America.

What's 'The Kitchen?' Here is how Ovations describes it in a news release:

"The Kitchen™ Experience brings Ovations’ Chef’s out to the floor allowing them to interact with guests and demonstrate the execution of cuisine being freshly prepared," Ovations says. "You don’t have to be up-close to enjoy! Large overhead adjustable mirrors capture the entire show and best of all, guests can tell the Chef directly how they would like their food cooked."
