Man Stole Cigarette-Filled Tote, Walked Out Of Walmart: Sheriff

Authorities say the man took a tote from the house wares section, filled it with cigarettes and walked out.

LUTZ, FL — Pasco County authorities are asking the public's help in identifying a man caught on video stealing from a Lutz Walmart, according to a social media post by the county's sheriff's office.

The Pasco sheriff Facebook post says around 3:15 a.m. on Jan. 24, the unidentified man took a tote bin from the house wares section of the store.

He then went to the cigarette register and filled the tote bin with 25 cartons of cigarettes, the post says.

The unidentified man left the store without paying.
