Sly As A Fox? This One Is More Of A Jarhead

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL -- It wasn't a pickle jar. But this Wesley Chapel fox certainly found itself in a pickle when it checked out the contents of a glass mayonnaise jar and got its head stuck inside.

Firefighters at the Pasco County Fire Rescue Station 26 in Wesley Chapel noticed the befuddled fox aimlessly wandering around with a jar on its head and decided to help. However, their repeated efforts to capture the fox were foiled. So, after a week, they called in a local animal rescue group to set traps behind the fire station to capture the elusive fox.

Eventually, the fox was captured, the jar removed from its head and the little guy received medical attention before being released back into the wild.

Despite the temptation to name him "Jarhead," the firefighters settled on the name "Miracle" in honor of the product that once filled the jar, Miracle Whip.
