Monterey Grand Waterside is in Lutz, while Tarramor is in Odessa. Both communities are popular with residents who appreciate the natural beauty of Florida, coupled with easy access to Tampa, Land O’Lakes and Wesley Chapel. Nearby recreational activities include the Suncoast Trail for biking, nature preserves for hiking, horseback riding and youth sports facilities.
