What Business Should Take Over the Former Organic Life Storefront?

Tell us what the area needs.

Organic Life Coffeehouse & Bakery has shuttered its doors. Now, the Lutz space off State Road 54 is being offered up to other tenants.

RRE Realty Services has slapped a “for lease” sign on the front of the storefront at Eagle Plaza, Oak Grove Boulevard. Leasing agent Sandra Jarrett told Patch the vacant space measures 2,180 square feet and is being offered up for $15.30 a square foot plus sales tax.

With its walk-in cooler, two bathrooms and other amenities, the space would seem ideal for another food-related operation. Jarrett said the adjacent space is going for $13.30 a square foot and measures 1,200 square feet.

The shop’s Palm Harbor location is remaining open and owners “have plans to open something in the near future,” according to the Facebook post.
