Work Begins On Repaving Of 21st Street

DADE CITY, FL —The 21st Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project is scheduled to begin Monday in Dade City.

The paving project includes both the eastbound and westbound lanes of 21st Street – from Suwanee Way to Blanton Road. The work will include milling and resurfacing the existing roads, as well as new pavement markings and re-striping.

Work hours are Sunday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Expect single lane closures with message boards directing traffic.

The target completion date is Sept. 30, depending on weather conditions. Ajax Paving Industries of Florida LLC is the contractor for this Pasco County Public Works Department project.
