3 Arrested In New Port Richey Home Invasion Case
A man said he was pepper sprayed and beaten when three people invaded his home.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — Police are investigating a home invasion case after a man said three people invaded his home, attack him with pepper spray and beat him. Three people have been arrested as suspects in the invasion case, while another woman who was with the man at the time of the alleged attack has been arrested on separate charges that emerged during the investigation.
Alyssa Testa, 33, was with the man at the time of the reported attack at a home on Bruin Drive in New Port Richey. According to the report, the man said Testa was forced to leave with his assailants over "some type of prostitution related debt" after the attack.
When police later found Testa in the Moon Lakes area, however, they say she denied being abducted. Police then arrested her on charges of possessing meth and paraphernalia.

Police have arrested three suspects in the invasion case; Richard Evers, 49; Gina Kolaitis, 32; and James W. Jackson, 50.
Evers was arrested on charges of possessing Meth and brass knuckles, as well as on an out-of-county warrant. Kolaitis and Jackson were both arrested on out-of-county warrants, police said.
