Businesses Apply Now: $20K Commercial Landscaping Grant
A first-come, first-served grant opportunity is available to help with redevelopment landscaping.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is pleased to offer a Commercial Redevelopment Landscaping Grant Program to help attract customers to your business and increase your property value. You can apply now, for a grant of up to $20,000, by submitting a Grant Program Application packet. Please note, you need to include a landscaping plan prepared by licensed landscaping business.
WHAT: Commercial Redevelopment Landscaping Grant Program
WHO: Businesses located in specific, commercially-zoned, unincorporated areas of Pasco County (See list of qualifications below.)

To qualify for the grant, your business must be:
- In a commercially-zoned property, in an unincorporated area of Pasco County
- On a plot of land not exceeding 10 acres, unless directly related to a community project
- Current on all county fees and taxes
- Located in a Census Tract where 25% or more of the households are low/moderate income. *Check to see if your property qualifies on our interactive map
All project improvements are required to conform to the Pasco County Land Development Code.
