Governor DeSantis-- Please help

Dear Governor Desantis, Another year has gone by, another year of fighting to get justice, another year of pain and suffering.it's been almost five years since my daughter and grandson have been killed and their killer is still free. I am now coming to you for help in getting justice for my loved ones.I have been to everyone in this state begging for help and no one will help me. I am not an idiot to the law and know I am not just a grieving mother. I am educated, well informed and can research very well.
I have had several attorney's and even a private investigator all contact the State Attorney Brad King, Assistant State Attorney Peter Magrino and Sheriff Nienhaus about the mistakes made in this case and how it should have been prosecuted. I, myself have contacted them all and they give you the excuse it needs more evidence.
Well, I ask you since you are an attorney and a former prosecutor. How much more evidence do you need when the suspect tells you in an interview he took methadone, lortab and soma prior to twirling a gun and shooting a pregnant woman in front of three children that were near by? Why wasn't this man arrested, detained or prosecuted? Why was I lied to by the State Attorney and his assistant telling me she was killed when the gun was being holstered instead of telling me the truth that she was killed when her killer was twirling his gun off like he was in a western movie? Why wasn't the three children who were in the house when he killed her protected? Why wasn't child protection called?
A year later the killer was shooting off his gun in a mobile home park with a minor child, drunk and was finally arrested for shooting his gun off but not arrested for killing a pregnant mother. How is this justice? If it wasn't for me going to court and pleading with the judge he would have gotten away with that too instead of the 60 days in jail he got for shooting his guns off in the air in a residential mobile home park. One would think after killing a pregnant woman and leaving a child motherless he would have learned his lesson about playing with guns but as you can see he is one that should never have a gun.Oh and by the way he was suppose too be an NRA member. I guess that what the NRA teaches its members.
I am asking you to read this petition and all of the updates included in this petition. The interview is also included in this petition so you can see for yourself the man committed manslaughter times 2 if you believe he did not do it intentionally. Which I will never know as a through investigation was never done.
I am also asking you to investigate Brad King and all of his offices. (Hernando, Lake, Sumtner, Citrus and Marion Counties) including his assistant state attorney's as there are many cases that have not gotten justice that should have been prosecuted. The DePalma murders where only one killer was convicted when there was evidence to suggest there was more than one killer that committed the crime and the men who are believed to have helped in this crime are still stalking a victim and their family. The Michelle O'Connell case which was in Saint Augustine but Brad King was the appointed special prosecutor who refused to prosecute and did not bother even to obtain evidence of the cop that was involved . The case of the many elderly people losing there homes to a millionaire contractor in Marion County. Please bring justice back to this state. Please make the laws unified through out the state. I always thought that was the way it was suppose to be. Crimes in one county should be a crime in all counties.
