Here's Where To Find Easter Egg Hunts In Pasco County

PASCO COUNTY, FL – It’s time for the perennial pursuit elusive Easter egg. Organizations throughout Pasco County are hosting their annual Easter egg hunts.

Here is a list of some of the hunts planned this month:

* Gulfside Hospice will host a Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20 at 9 a.m. at the Gulfside Hospice Community Outreach Center, 6224 Lafayette St., New Port Richey.

The Easter Bunny will be on hand as well as face painting, crafts and games. Kids will be divided by age groups for the Easter egg hunt. Goody bags will be available for the first 100 kids. Bring your own Easter basket.

* Calvary Worship Center, 6824 Trouble Creek Road, New Port Richey, will host its annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 20 starting at 9 a.m. There will be a helicopter candy drop, Easter egg hunts for different age divisions, a petting zoo, inflatables, rides, food and photos with the Easter Bunny. The cost is $1 per person.

* The Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce will host an Egg Hunt on the 18th Fairway Saturday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Plantation Palms Golf Course, 23253 Plantation Palms Blvd., Land O' Lakes.

The event will include photos with the Easter Bunny, arts and crafts, lawn bowling, hockey shots, prizes and raffles.

* The Concourse Grand Railroad, 11919 Alric Pottberg Road, Shady Hills, will host its Bunny Train Egg-Stravaganza on Sunday, April 21 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It will feature miniature train rides along a decorated route, Easter parades, Easter egg hunts at Pasco Safety Town, crafts, games, visits with the Easter Bunny and Mother Goose, and live bunnies.

The cost is $5 per person. Call Bill at 727-639-7639.

* The Central Pasco & Gulf Railroad at Crews Lake Park, 16739 Crews Lake Drive, Spring Hill, will host Easter egg hunts, crafts, vendors and visits with the Easter Bunny Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Food and drinks will be available.
