Keeping Your Yard and Home Clear of Clutter is Easy in NPR

The City of New Port Richey offers residents a free neighborhood clean up day this October

Living in the City of New Port Richey comes with quite a few perks ranging from easy walkability and a growing business district, to the beautifully renovated Sims Park (with splash pad and awesome playground!), a meandering river running through town, an award winning public Library and multi-million dollar Recreation & Aquatic Center, and even the resident Muscovy ducks who love to waddle across Main Street with their families of ducklings in tow. There's a lot to love about our community.

Another great perk is the semi-annual City Clean Up the City of New Port Richey hosts. Twice a year the City places dumpsters at locations around town and invites residents to dispose of all kinds of items that the trash haulers won't generally pick up, like large household items, lumber, metal, electronics, paint and other toxic materials--all for free.

Saturday, October 20th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm dumpsters will be placed at two convenient locations around town:
