Madison Street Improvements Now Underway

NEW PORT RICHEY. FL -- The city of New Port Richey has started work on the Madison Street Streetscape Improvements Project.

The project area will be from Main Street to Massachusetts Avenue and is expected to be completed by early January (weather permitting.) The project will include site preparation, demolition, tree removal, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, street lighting and American Disabilities Act improvements at intersections.

Every effort will be made to minimize impacts to the traveling public and property owners during the construction process.
