Manage Diabetes With Exercise
A workshop will be on the topic of managing diabetes at Florida Hospital North Pinellas in June.

Did you know that exercise helps to control diabetes by improving the body's secretion of insulin, improving muscle strength, burning excess body fat and increasing bone density and strength?
This topic and more methods to control diabetes will be discussed during an upcoming workshop held at The Florida Hospital North Pinellas.
The workshop marks the 3rd installment in the "Managing Your Diabetes" series being offered by the hospital. The workshops is being led by Milton Bedingfield, a certified diabetes educator and exercise physiologist.
