Motorcyclist, Jeep Driver Die In Crash On U.S. 19 In Hudson
Two men from Hudson and Spring Hill died in an accident early Thursday morning on U.S. 19 at Bolton Avenue.
HUDSON, FL — Two drivers are dead following a crash at the intersection of U.S. 19 approaching the intersection of Bolton Avenue.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 12:18 a.m. Thursday, a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a 20-year-old Hudson man was traveling south on U.S. 19 while a motorcycle operated by a 37-year-old Spring Hill man was traveling north on U.S. 19. Troopers said the Jeep turned left into the path of the motorcycle, causing the crash.
Both drivers died at the scene. A passenger in the Jeep is in critical condition.
