New Port Richey Motorcyclist Killed On SR 52

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A 26-year-old New Port Richey motorcyclist has died following an accident Monday on State Road 52.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, just before 7 p.m. the motorcyclist was heading west on S.R. 54, passing between cars while approaching Chenwood Avenue when he collided with a pickup truck driven by a 74-year-old Hudson man.

The motorcyclist died at the scene. The pickup truck driver was not injured.
