Rock The Park Benefit Coming Up

The Third Annual Rock The Park Festival is happening in Sims Park.

This year's event benefits The Center for Independence, which provides services to the developmentally disabled community and their families.

The event brings together a wide variety of rock bands along with food trucks to create a festival atmosphere all weekend. This year's event will also include a silent auction.

The band lineup includes Crash The Satellites, Sunshine and Bullets, Fight Another Day, plus more.

The Center for Independence has been around for 50 years in Pasco County. The organization operates residential services for developmentally disabled adults, provides job training and transportation services.

Rock The Park is free for all ages.
